The team at Gaetano Ventura uses multiple carriers to ship our products. We guarantee delivery and can provide tracking numbers for the shipment, upon request. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 days with the exception of unforeseen circumstances that delay the carriers, as opposed to our services. Furthermore, any customer that we suspect may not recieve their product within a 7 day time period will be contacted directly to inform of such event.

If an item doesn’t fit you, we’ll take care of it. You can exchange any item for free by mail, and we'll re-ship the correct size accordingly. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
